With much anticipation and glee - I'll finally be attending HEROES CON this year / next week so if you are around or plan on attending or know someone who is pass it along. Prints, Art & Drawing will abound. I try to post prices, location and all that jazz before next week flies by. I'll have a ton of sketch books and previous works on hand so bring your copies or get them from me at the event.
Sketchbook wise - the same offer I tweeted about before still applies for all Pre-orders of FLUORESCENT BLACK as well - Sketchbook and a drawing for $15 instead of $25-$30 if you preorder the FBGN online at HeavyMetal.com and bring proof of purchase.
As for the last post - The trip to NY was great and a well needed mini vacation. Some craziness to report news wise if not tease with - In the near future and beyond there'll be monsters, centerfold pinups, coasters, t-shirts, skateboards, mobsters, gunslingers & DOGS OF WAR so keep in touch and I'll do the same. A very fruitful trip and REALLY excited about what I can't talk about that's coming down the pipe as the summer and fall roll on, but stay tuned. I'll leak and post all that I can when the time comes...
The image above is a painting I'll be auctioning off very soon on ebay. It's Mr. NoName from FLUORESCENT BLACK and will be sold/ending auction the last day of SDCC. In a fit of inspiration and to commemorate "The End" of F.B. & Mr. NoName (one of my favorite characters from the series) I give you the above painting. Gonna miss that crazy b@$tard.
Mixed Media on birch panel board. 30" x 30" & ready to hang.
I am also printing a limited edition set of prints of the painting as well. A good portion of the edition will go to Heavy Metal to be included with Pre-Orders of the Special Hardcover Edition of FLUORESCENT BLACK (on sale now) and the rest I will have on hand at SDCC or NYCC while the edition lasts. So spread the word...
All in all, excited and looking forward to NC & HEROES and the con season to come. More posts and tweets soon so as always - stay tuned & yell at you then.
cheers,
n
